Pursuant
to the Bill (Reg. No. 2189), a person who became disabled, having obtained a
certain higher education qualification level, and whose health conditions
prevent from working by occupation, is entitled to a free acquisition of the
second university degree in another field in the State and municipal higher
education establishments.
Moreover, pursuant to the Bill, higher education establishments are authorized to reduce the tuition fee for the students with high academic achievements.
The Bill amends the Laws "On the Fundamentals of Social Security of the Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine", "On Education", "On Taxation of Income of Enterprises", "On Higher Education".
